We've launched Spiritus East, Spiritus West, and Spiritus York to promote collaboration across ministries at the Toronto regional level. We encourage young adults in our Archdiocese to come together so they may Encounter, Love and Serve the Lord!

An annual Catholic conference for all young adults ages 19-39. It is an opportunity to grow in faith alongside like-minded people in a similar stage of life. Whether you are a student or working professional, single or couple, man or woman – we have something for everyone!

A night at a pub/restaurant that provides young adults with a theological talk, a comfortable place for discussion with their peers, and a chance to have their questions answered.

Find your Catholic home on campus anywhere in Canada! We support post-secondary students by connecting them to available campus ministries, and we provide the assistance and resources needed to strengthen these ministries and establish new ones.
